PHYS 390: Undergraduate Research in Physics
Student-Faculty Contract

      Students should use this contract to formalize arrangements for PHYS 390, returning it to the chairman of the Physics Senior Project Committee (G. Chottiner for the 2006-2007 academic year).  Send an electronic version  (readable by Word or pdf, without signatures) to gsc2@case.edu  for distribution to the committee.  A single hard copy, with signatures, is also required.
