Service Outage Scheduled for May 25
On Saturday, May 25, there will be a planned service outage by ITS to implement software updates. The update is scheduled to occur around 12 Midnight – 8am. Authentication servers (login.case.edu, SSO and VPN) will be down during this time and it will affect some of our services.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. However, if after 8am you are still experiencing problems, please direct questions to email@example.com or call 216.368.HELP (4357).
