Photonic Bandgaps and Optical Materials
A photonic crystal grown by electrodeposition of InSb through channels patterned into photoresist. To form one layer of photonic crystal, the sequential steps of photoresist deposition, patterning, and electrodeposition are performed four times. This crystal has a mid-infrared band gap.
