REGISTRATION FOR
THE MEETING, BANQUET, AND BOX LUNCH
The registration procedures are as
follows, although you could just as well go right to the form linked below, since
the information is all there, too.
The OS/AAPT members will register separately, utilizing their own
registration procedures/form that will be provided by their section officers.
Everyone else should use the registration form that can
be downloaded with the links given below.
(Nearby OS/APS members will also receive a hard-copy registration
procedures/form through the postal mail.)
The registration for meeting and meals is due
September 19, 2003.
The conference registration fee is $35 for members of
APS or affiliated societies
who register by
September 19, 2003. A fee of $10 is
assessed for late registration.
Although there is no registration fee charged to students, it is still
necessary for them to fill out a registration form.
The cost of the banquet is $35
for non-students and
$15
for students. There is also a box lunch offered
mid-Saturday for which the charge is $7. Banquet and box lunch reservations also must be
made by
September 19, 2003.
