If you are having trouble LOGGING IN to the mediavision site (e.g., if you get a message that your ID is "not in the database" then please send email directly to me at corbin.covault@case.edu and I will try to fix it for you. Please put in your email subject header the words "P122 mediavision login problem". Please include your Case network id (like `kxk442') and your full name. If I cannot fix it for you directly, I will make arrangements to have the problem addressed by ITAC tech support.
