Practice Problem #21: A Moving Line of Charge

Remarks:

The most important part of this question is Part (b) where you are asked to calculate the magnetic field due to a moving line of charge. A moving line of charge is similar to but somewhat different than a conducting neutral wire.

Getting this problem completely correct corresponds to "basic competence."
